01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of the mlebet website, mobile interface, games, payment services, promotions, and all other features made available through the mlebet platform (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to use mlebet, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity registering on behalf of another party without authorization.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of mlebet, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the mlebet platform or had an account terminated for violations of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

mlebet reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of mlebet Services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the mlebet platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration details and must promptly update any information that changes. mlebet is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mlebet login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your mlebet account and not reuse passwords from other services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person.
• Log out of your mlebet account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify mlebet support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available for additional account security.

mlebet will not be held liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials. Any activity conducted through your mlebet account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have reported a security breach to us in a timely manner.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

mlebet supports deposits and withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) through a range of locally supported payment methods including GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All financial transactions on the mlebet platform are processed in Philippine Peso unless otherwise stated.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your mlebet wallet are credited promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. mlebet does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. mlebet reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of payment method ownership, and source of funds documentation. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the mlebet account holder.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in your account dashboard.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within minutes during business hours.
• Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within the same business day.
• mlebet reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of verification procedures.
• Funds deposited through a specific payment method may be required to be withdrawn through the same method.

Any attempt to use fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorized payment methods will result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

mlebet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion.

General bonus conditions applicable across all mlebet promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• mlebet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unclaimed or unused bonuses that expire will be removed from your account automatically.
• mlebet reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse or fraudulent activity.

06 Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the mlebet platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by licensed live dealer studios with real-time streaming. mlebet does not manipulate game outcomes in any way beyond the published house edge for each game.

By participating in any game on mlebet, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The outcome of all games is determined by chance and/or skill as applicable to the specific game type.
• Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over a large number of rounds and do not guarantee individual session results.
• You are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real-money bets.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a game round, mlebet's records of the game state at the time of the malfunction will be the definitive reference for resolving the outcome.
• mlebet's decision on any disputed game outcome is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution process described in these Terms.

mlebet reserves the right to void bets or game rounds where a technical error, software bug, or human error has resulted in an incorrect outcome being displayed or an incorrect payout being made. In such cases, affected players will be notified and any incorrectly credited funds may be reclaimed.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mlebet platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the mlebet platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using stolen, unauthorized, or fraudulent payment methods to fund your mlebet account.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in games.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live poker or other competitive game formats.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such bugs must be reported to mlebet support immediately.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the mlebet platform software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mlebet staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the mlebet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 10 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, mlebet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

mlebet's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. mlebet does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions.

12 Account Termination & Suspension

mlebet reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a player's payment provider.
• A player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal requirements mandating account closure.

Upon termination for cause, mlebet reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the account where the termination is the result of fraud, bonus abuse, or other material breach of these Terms. Where termination is not for cause, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable fees.

13 Amendments to These Terms

mlebet may amend these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes, mlebet may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the mlebet platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the mlebet platform shall first be submitted to mlebet's internal dispute resolution process by contacting our support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory or judicial authority. You agree that any legal proceedings shall be conducted in the English language and in a venue located within the Philippines.
